Plastic pipe clamp
I. Overview
It is suitable for plastic pipe clamps for pipeline fixing with oil, water and gas as the medium. The working temperature is -5 to + 100 C.
A series pipe clamps are suitable for fixing medium and low pressure (PN≤8MPa) pipes; B series pipe clamps and B series type I combined installation pipe clamps are suitable for fixing medium and high pressure and high pressure (PN≤31.5MPa) pipes.
Dimensions
1.1 The type and size of A series pipe clamps are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

Note: When the pipeline medium pressure is high, B series I and II can be selected, but the distance between adjacent pipe clamps needs to be reduced.
1.2.1 Types and dimensions of type B series type I combined mounting clips are shown in Figure 3 and Table 3.
a) Type B series I pipe clamps of the same size can be stacked to form a component installation, but no more than 5 pipes can be installed.

b) Size calculation H = H2 + H3 + (N-1) T
In the formula: N —— number of pipes:
T-distance between adjacent pipes (see Table 3), mm;
H2, H3 see Table 2 and Table 3
◎ Note: The weight of each group of combined installation pipe clamps can be approximately (N-0.5) multiplied by the weight of the single piece in Table 2.
2.1 Mark description
A series Ⅰ type plastic pipe clamp with outer diameter of 12mm:
Plastic pipe clamp A (Ⅰ) 12 JB / ZQ4008-97
B series Ⅱ plastic pipe clamp with 28mm outer diameter;
Plastic pipe clamp B (Ⅱ) 28 JB / ZQ4008-97
B series I type plastic pipe clamps, 3 plastic pipe clamps with 22mm outer diameter and 2 plastic pipe clamps with 28mm outer diameter;
Plastic pipe clamp B (Ⅰ) 22 3-28 2JB / ZQ4008-97
Third, pipe clamp bearing capacity
(A1, A2 and Figure A1, Figure A2)
A1 method of expression: the ability of the pipe clamp to withstand the axial force of the pipe is represented by a curve diagram.
A2 Details: Figure A1 is used for "A series pipe clamp"; Figure A2 is used for "B series Ⅰ pipe clamp". The a curve shows the relationship between the outer diameter of the pipe and the axial force of the pipe when the pipe clamp and the pipe are in a "static friction state". The b curve shows the relationship between the outer diameter of the pipe and the axial force and torque of the pipe when the pipe clamp and the pipe are in a "dynamic friction state".

4. Installation instructions (B1 ~ B3)
The bottom plate of B1 pipe clamp is fixed on the welding plate, steel beam and track by welding. It should be noted that the welding plates, steel beams and rails must be firmly fixed, and the load they receive must be within the allowable range (refer to Figures A1 and A2).
B2 During installation, the distance between adjacent pipe clamps should be kept at a distance of 1-3m.
B3 For pipe installation, pipe clamps should be installed after the curved part of the pipe. (See Figure B1).
